Who We Are

CrossPoint Fellowship: where church still feels like church! We are a Spirit-filled church with ministry focusing on those aged 45+.  In our services, we encourage you to worship freely, raise your hands, and allow the presence of God to fill you, encourage you, and empower you. We believe in the healing power of Jesus Christ, and we pray for the sick, anointing them with oil according to James 5:14.

What To Expect

At CrossPoint Fellowship, you are welcome here, you are wanted here, and you belong here!!  In our services, the Holy Spirit is welcome and active. We are a place to find life, purpose, and a place to call home. Church is not something we come to, it’s something that we are. We come expecting and leave empowered! Are you ready to be connected to a church family again? A place to belong, a place where you are loved and accepted.

What We Believe

 

1. We Believe:

The Scriptures are Inspired by God and declare His design and plan for mankind.


2. We Believe:

There is only One True God–revealed in three persons...Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (commonly known as the Trinity).

3. We Believe:

In the Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ. As God's son Jesus was both human and divine.

4. We Believe:

Though originally good, man willingly fell to Sin–ushering evil and death, both physical and spiritual, into the world.

5. We Believe:

Every Person Can Have Restored Fellowship with God Through 'Salvation' (trusting Christ, through faith and repentance, to be our personal Savior)

6. We Believe:

In the ordinances of the Church and practice them regularly, (1) Water Baptism by Immersion after repenting of one's sins and receiving Christ's gift of salvation, and (2) Holy Communion (the Lord's Supper) as a symbolic remembrance of Christ's suffering and death for our salvation.

7. We Believe:

In the Baptism in the Holy Spirit, and the initial physical evidence by Speaking in Tongues. This was experienced on the Day of Pentecost and is still active today.

8. We Believe:

Divine Healing is provided for through Christ’s atonement (His sacrificial death on the cross for our sins) We pray for the sick anointing them with oil as is instructed in Scripture.

9. We Believe:

The Blessed Hope, when Jesus raptures His Church prior to His return to Earth. At this moment all believers who have died will rise from their graves and will meet the Lord in the air, and Christians who are alive will be caught up with them, to be with the Lord forever!

10. We Believe:

The Millennial Reign of Christ, when Jesus returns with His saints at His second coming and begins His rule over earth for 1,000 years. This reign will bring the salvation of Israel and the establishment of universal peace.

11. We Believe:

The Final Judgment will take place for those who have rejected Christ.

A New Heaven and New Earth, that God is preparing for all those who have accepted Him. We will live and dwell with Him there forever…”and so shall we forever be with the Lord!”
